MECHANICSVILLE, VA—Regency Centers Corp. has has retenanted its Hanover Village shopping center here, bringing on a new anchor to the 88,000-square foot grocery-anchored complex. The REIT owns the property with Global Retail Investors, LLC, which is a partnership between CalPERS and First Washington Realty.

Not only has the center on-boarded the German supermarket chain ALD,I it is also debuting new prototypes of Tuesday Morning and Anna's Italian Restaurant.

To make room for ALDI, Benjamin Moore Paint Co. is relocating to 4,000 square feet directly adjacent to the new grocer.

Tuesday Morning will be relocating within the center and upgrading to their larger prototype of close to 11,000 square feet. Anna's Italian Restaurant and Insurance Doctor are also among the retailers relocating within the center to accommodate the new ALDI grocer.
