PHOENIX—The Rockefeller Group recentlycompleted its 82,000-square-foot flex/office building on 8.2 acresat the Chandler Corporate Center campus. The building is thecompany's second spec building in the office park.

We recently held a broker open houseand the building was very well received. There is not a lot ofproduct in the pipeline and the fundamentals of the submarket arehealthy.

“The success of the first spec office building at ChandlerCorporate Center was a factor in The Rockefeller Group deciding tobuild another adjacent building,” Singerman continues.
“This building has been toured by financial services, software, IT,aerospace and automotive technology companies who want to belocated in one of the Southwest's fastest growing markets.”
