PHOENIX—CBRE was recently honored at thePhoenix chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association'sAnnual TOBY Awards. The award, which stands for The OutstandingBuilding of the Year, recognizes building operations andmanagement.

Three Phoenix-area buildings managed by CBRE Asset Services werehonored with TOBY Awards:

MedicalBuilding

McDowell Mountain Medical is a 84,752-square-foot, three-storymedical office building located at 9377 E. Bell Rd. in Scottsdale.Real estate manager Robyn Warnica overseesoperations at the multi-tenant building for the asset's ownership,HCP, Inc.

SuburbanLow-Rise

|

San Tan Corporate Center I & II are two, three-story, classA office buildings located at 3100 and 3200 W. Ray Rd. in Chandler.Both buildings, which are situated at the northwest corner of Loop101 and Ray Road, are Energy Star certified. The268,000-square-foot project is managed by CBRE asset services'team, led by real estate manager, Claudia Gilbert,and owned by real estate investment trust Columbia PropertyTrust. This is the third year San Tan Corporate Center I& II have received the TOBY award.

MAX at Kierland is a six-story, class A office building locatedin the Kierland master-planned community at 16220 N Scottsdale Rd.Developed in 2008, this 258,312-square-foot multi-tenant buildingwas the first building in North Scottsdale to obtain LEEDcertification. Senior real estate Manager, MaricelaNunez leads the property's management team. MAX atKierland is owned by Artis REIT.

Additionally, Shannon Dutton, a real estatemanager with CBRE who oversees the property management team at theArizona Department of Health Services building located at 150 N.18th Avenue, in Phoenix, was recognized with thePrincipal Member of the Year award.
