ONTARIO, CA—CBRE has completed a deal to sell Ontario Pacific Business Center located at 3919-3979 East Guasti Road for $20.18 million, or $82 per square foot.

CBRE vice chairman Darla Longo, vice chairman Barbara Emmons, vice president Rebecca Pertmutter Finkel, SVP Bill Durslag, and SVP Michael Kendall represented both the seller, MetLife, and the private buyer.

“This multi-tenant distribution center is in an ideal location with prime access and freeway frontage on the 10 Freeway,” says Longo.  “It's also one of the few business parks in the region that offers both dock high and grade level loading in almost every unit.”

Ontario Pacific Business Center is 246,097 square feet with features including 22' minimum clearance height, dock high and ground level loading, and abundant surface parking.  The property benefits from its proximity and immediate access to the Pomona (60), San Bernardino (10), Ontario (15) freeways and is conveniently located near the Ontario International Airport.
