PIKESVILLE, MD—FutureCare Health and Management Corp. of Pasadena, MD has acquired the Courtland Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for $8.1 million from LifeBridge Health.
The 151-bed facility at 7920 Scotts Level Road is now called FutureCare Courtland, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
The sale is believed to be the start of a deepening relationship between FutureCare and Baltimore-based LifeBridge Health. However, LifeBridge Health CEO Neil Meltzer declined to discuss specifics of the possible partnership due to the fact that a formal plan has yet to be finalized.
