SAN FRANCISCO—DivcoWest has completed the purchase of Century Plaza, a four-story class A office building in Foster City, within San Francisco's Central Peninsula submarket.

Built in 1981, Century Plaza at 1065 East Hillsdale Boulevard is located midway between San Francisco and Silicon Valley at the western end of the San Mateo Bridge. The 115,600 square foot building is situated close to Highway 101, the Peninsula's main north-south vehicle corridor, and a 10-minute drive from San Francisco International Airport.

Tenants also have access to numerous public transit options, including the use of a free shuttle to the nearest Caltrain station.

DivcoWest was founded by Stuart Shiff, in 1993.  It is a vertically-integrated operating company with approximately 80 employees that provides asset, property and construction management and leasing services and has offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Boston.
