PHILADELPHIA, PA–Hatzel &Buehler, the nation's oldest electrical constructioncompany, has renewed and expanded its lease for approximately 8,430square feet at Ten Penn Center, 1801Market Street, Philadelphia, PA. PernaFrederickCommercial Real Estate represented Hatzel &Buehler.
Dan Gummel, a vice president atPernaFrederick, arranged the multi-year leaserenewal. Building ownership was represented by Newmark,Grubb, Knight Frank.
Hatzel & Buehler will continue to occupy the second floor ofthe 27-story building at the northwest corner of 18thand Market Streets. Terms were not disclosed.
