MCKINNEY, Tex.–MYCON General Contractors has broken ground on a new corporate headquarters for ProPac Marketing in Plano. The design-assist project, located at 6220 Communications Pkwy., to the west of the Dallas North Tollway, will comprise 52,000 square feet of flexible space, including 16,000 square feet of finished office space and 36,000 square feet of warehouse space.  Approximately 11,000 square feet of the warehouse space will be available for other tenants, according to Charles Daigle, owner of ProPac Marketing.

"This design-assist project includes a thin brick facade that is cast into the concrete tilt wall panels and a number of unique amenities,” MYCON's senior project manager David Boyack told GlobeSt.com. “The interior of the offices will include a design studio that provides an interactive, creative space. The exterior of the headquarters will feature an outdoor patio overlooking a pondproviding an open space where employees will be able to gather.”

The project team includes Haggard Property Group, developer; Bjerke Management Solutions, construction manager; O'Brien Architects; and MYCON General Contractors.

“We are very pleased to have been selected to build ProPac's corporate headquarters,” says Doug Talley, president of MYCON. “We are working with a great owner and project team.”

The project is slated for completion in the summer of 2015.
