FRISCO, TX—Hotel ZaZa, a collection of premierluxury lifestyle hotels, is planning its second Dallas-arealocation for Wade Park in fast-growingFrisco.

Known for its contemporary elegance and unique, luxe amenities,Hotel ZaZa will be among the highlights of Wade Park,Thomas Land & Development's massive 175-acre,$1.6 billion upscale mixed-use development, underway at the DallasNorth Tollway and Lebanon Road. Thomas Land & Developmentwill develop the new hotel, and it will be concepted, branded andmanaged by Hotel ZaZa and Z Resorts ManagementLLC.

Hotel ZaZa at Wade Park will featureapproximately 175 luxury guest rooms including 10 signature,one-of-a-kind suites, 10,000 square feet of meeting and functionspace, a chic pool with bars and cozy cabanas, and a chef-drivendestination restaurant. A 1,000-square-foot fitness center and arelaxing ZaSpa will also be included among thehotel's impressive amenities. With a beautiful low-rise profile,Hotel ZaZa's architecture and interior design will blend with thecenter, offering an eclectic yet comfortable, upscale environment. The Frisco hotel will join the brand's top-ratedHotel ZaZa Dallas and Hotel ZaZaHouston. In addition, Hotel ZaZa recently broke ground ona location in downtown Austin and continues toaggressively look for additional opportunities across thecountry.
