Ocotillo Fiesta LLC, of Scottsdale purchasedthe shopping center, located at the southeast corner of Alma SchoolRoad and Queen Creek Road, from Southgate Mall AssociatesLLC of Missoula.
Mindy Korth, executive vice president, andKirk Kuller, vice president, both of ColliersInternational, represented Southgate Mall Associates.
