FORT WORTH–Venture Commercial, a commercialreal estate brokerage firm with a specialty in restaurant retail,has inked two leases – one in Dallas and one in Fort Worth.Buzzbrews Kitchen will open in Lakewood andThe Wild Mushroom Steakhouse and Lounge has movedto Fort Worth.

Buzzbrews Inc. signed a lease on a6,034-square-foot space in the Skillman Live Oakshopping center, located at 5815 Live Oak St. in East Dallas.Waggoner and Scott Lake of Venture Commercialrepresented the landlord in lease negotiations, while TerrySyler of The Retail Connectionrepresented the tenant. The restaurant is expected to openearly next year.
