The Home Properties communities recognized byNJAA are: Northwood Apartments, 375 North Drive,North Plainfield, NJ; Royal Gardens, 3060 NewBrunswick Avenue, Piscataway, NJ; Pleasant ViewGardens, 258 1/2 Carlton Avenue, Piscataway, NJ; andPleasure Bay Apartments, 245 Atlantic Avenue, LongBranch, NJ.

Individual Home Properties employees were alsorecognized for excellence: Maintenance Supervisor OnixLopez (Royal Gardens), Property ManagerSharyn Kilpatrick (RoyalGardens), Property Office Staff FrancesCastro (Royal Gardens), and MaintenanceTechnician Sergio Vizcaino (Pleasant ViewGardens). A new, Industry Rookie of theYear award, was presented to ChristinaGurule (Pleasure Bay Apartments).
