WEST ORANGE, NJ—Francis J. Giantomasi, one of New Jersey's top real estate and redevelopment attorneys, is joining Wolff & Samson as a member – and he's bringing his son and daughter to the firm.

"Mr. Giantomasi brings to Wolff & Samson a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and related transactional work and is recognized as a leading redevelopment attorney in the state," says Wolff & Samson member Jeffrey Chiesa. "Frank is a significant addition to our already strong real estate practice group."

Giantomasi's son Francis M. and daughter Gemma will continue to practice with their father at Wolff & Samson.

Giantomasi says his new relationship with Wolff & Samson will enable him to maintain his Essex County and Newark presence while providing additional resources to serve current and new clients.

"Wolff & Samson is a well-established, highly regarded regional firm that provides the perfect platform to enable us to expand our practice area," says Giantomasi. "Our move to Wolff & Samson will be seamless and will afford our clients access to a full complement of legal services including transactional, environmental, litigation, tax and employment."

A graduate of St. Peter's University and Seton Hall University School of Law, Giantomasi has been a member of the bar since 1979. In addition to his work with commercial clients, he has previously served as Essex County Counsel, Counsel to the Essex County Board of Freeholders and Special Counsel to the Essex County Utilities Authority. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Newark Beth Israel Hospital, the Essex County Bar Association and the Board of Directors of the Newark Regional Business Partnership.

Gemma Giantomasi is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Fordham Law School. Her principal practice areas are commercial real estate and redevelopment. She will be counsel at Wolff & Samson.
