ATLANTA—Brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefieldreports that Bryan Berthold has joined the firm asmanaging director of workplace strategies in the company'sGlobal Business Consulting practice based inAtlanta.


The company states that Berthold will partner with C&Wclients to identify and deliver workplace solutions that enablethem to maximize productivity/engagement and achieve theircorporate goals.


“Bryan is known locally and nationally for his expertise inworkplace strategy and portfolio management,” says JohnO'Neill, C&W's senior managing director and Atlantamarket leader. “I know he will provide our clients with workplacesolutions that will boost productivity and enhance real estateassets.”


Berthold was most recently senior vice president, corporate realestate & workplace at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta. He began his28-year career as an architect and is an industry leader inworkplace strategy and the alignment of business and real estatestrategies, Cushman & Wakefield states.


Berthold earned the 2014 CoreNet Global Corporate Executive ofthe Year for Atlanta and is a top faculty-rated instructor inCoreNet Global's Master of Corporate Real Estate curriculum for 16years. He has been active in workplace and portfolio strategies formore than 20 years with SunTrust Bank, TD Financial Group,Washington Mutual, Capital One Financial and Fleet BostonFinancial.
