ATLANTA—Brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield reports that Bryan Berthold has joined the firm as managing director of workplace strategies in the company's Global Business Consulting practice based in Atlanta.

The company states that Berthold will partner with C&W clients to identify and deliver workplace solutions that enable them to maximize productivity/engagement and achieve their corporate goals.

“Bryan is known locally and nationally for his expertise in workplace strategy and portfolio management,” says John O'Neill, C&W's senior managing director and Atlanta market leader. “I know he will provide our clients with workplace solutions that will boost productivity and enhance real estate assets.”

Berthold was most recently senior vice president, corporate real estate & workplace at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta. He began his 28-year career as an architect and is an industry leader in workplace strategy and the alignment of business and real estate strategies, Cushman & Wakefield states.

Berthold earned the 2014 CoreNet Global Corporate Executive of the Year for Atlanta and is a top faculty-rated instructor in CoreNet Global's Master of Corporate Real Estate curriculum for 16 years. He has been active in workplace and portfolio strategies for more than 20 years with SunTrust Bank, TD Financial Group, Washington Mutual, Capital One Financial and Fleet Boston Financial.
