HOUSTON--OliverMcMillan, the real estatedevelopment firm, has lured more than 20 high-end retailers toHouston's posh River Oaks District. Eighteenboutiques and five restaurants have signed agreements to operatelocations in the anticipated shopping destination.

"From world-class brands with iconic storefronts to upscaledining and a luxury movie theater, River Oaks District will createa special, authentic experience in Houston like none other,"Jeff Zeigler, senior managing director of retailservices for OliverMcMillan, told GlobeSt.com. "As is the case ingreat worldwide cities, River Oaks District will combine each ofthese experiences in an open-air, pedestrian-friendlyenvironment."

Joining Cartier, Dior,Equinox, Hermès,iPic and Tom Ford, announcedearlier this year, the newest retailers that will call River OaksDistrict home include Akris, AnneFontaine, BONOBOS, BrunelloCucinelli, Roberto Cavalli andINTERMIX. Restaurants include AmericanFood + Beverage (AF+B), Taverna andToulouse Café and Bar.
