PHOENIX—Kurt W. Rosene, formerly senior vicepresident of The Alter Group, has transitioned tohis new role as head of NOVO Development, LLC,headquartered in Scottsdale. Although leaving as a full-timeemployee of The Alter Group, Rosene will continue to assist TheAlter Group's western region developments, including its signaturePhoenix development, Riverwalk Arizona, a 176-acre mixed-usebusiness park in Scottsdale. Michael J.Alter, president of The Alter Group, made theannouncement.
