HOUSTON--Avera, a commercial real estate development, construction and investment firm, is developing Phase II at Bombardier Business Park in Midland, Texas.

“We have been successful with our other oil and gas service facilities across the shale play landscape and despite current conditions, are optimistic about the future of domestic energy production and our commitment to the Permian Basin,” Trey Odom, founder and CEO of Avera, told GlobeSt.com

Bombardier Business Park is a master-planned development in the Permian Basin that encompasses more than 150 acres. It is located less than a mile from Midland International Airport, with direct access to Interstate 20, Business 20 and State Highway 1788.

Phase II will consist of two buildings. Building II will be 22,433 square feet, situated on a 2.09 acre site, and Building III will be 18,526 square feet, situated on a 2.10 acre site. Ground-breaking for both projects is scheduled for the first quarter of 2015.

Phase I was completed in October with the lease of Building I to Access Midstream, a national natural gas-services provider.
