LOWELL, MA—Nearly six months after their purchase of the1.2-million-square-foot property, Cross Point ownership reportsthat audio solutions manufacturer Jabra isrelocating its North American headquarters to the former Wangoffice property here.

Jabra signed a lease for 32,000 square feet of space and will berelocating more than 90 employees from Nashua, NH to theCross Point campus at 900 Chelmsford St. by April2015. Anchor Line Partners and FarallonCapital Management, L.L.C. acquired Cross Point back inJune for a reported purchase price of approximately $100 millionand began significant renovations in August. Once complete, theCross Point campus will feature such on-site amenities such as newmeeting spaces, a new fitness center with yoga studio and an openrecreational space for activities including a renovated cafeteria,planned full-service restaurant, bike storage and a brand newon-site day care.
