DALLAS--Oakwood Worldwide has acquired a232-unit apartment complex in Uptown Dallas. The property, newlynamed Oakwood Dallas Uptown, is the secondOakwood-branded property acquired as part of Oakwood Worldwide andMapletree Group's recent multi-billion dollarjoint venture.

Originally named Bryson at City Place, OakwoodDallas Uptown consists of both furnished and unfurnished studio andone- and two-bedroom apartments with the option of 24 differentfloor plans. Amenities include a resort-style pool, a10,000-square-foot athletic club and outdoor lounge areas.
