PHOENIX—In this edition of Deal-Tracker, CBREcompletes the sale of the Shops at Dynamite & Tatum, a retailstrip center located at 28255 N Tatum Blvd, in Cave Creek. Theasset sold for $1.9 million.
Steve Julius and JesseGoldsmith with CBRE's Phoenix office negotiated thetransaction on behalf the seller, Bainbridge Island, WA-basedPacific West Land. The buyer, Cave CreekShoppers Mall, LLP, of Vancouver, was represented byNathan Cardon of CardonCommercial.
“The Shops at Tatum & Dynamite is a quality, well-leased andstable property,” says CBRE's Julius. “It should provide the buyerwith steady cash flow over the years.”
