MIAMI—Privé Developers is moving full steam ahead with its Aventura condos. The company, led by co-developers BH3 and Gary Cohen, have already sold 50% of the available inventory at Privé at Island Estates.

Privé at Island Estates is located on South Florida's last buildable private island. The developers have closed $75 million of condo sales at the ultra-luxury development in the last 75 days alone. Elite Traveler recent ranked the project #1 Residential Real Estate Development in South Florida.

How did the developers do it? Beyond its location on South Florida's last buildable island, ultra luxury is a key part of the story.

Privé at Island Estates will rise to include twin 16-story towers designed by architects Sieger Suarez. The luxury condo project will offer 160 ultra-luxury residences ranging from 2,585 square feet to more than 9,000 square feet in select penthouse units. Each residence will offer a private elevator entry, flow-through floor plans with 10-foot glass on both eastern and western exposures, 10-foot deep balconies, and east-west water views throughout.

Resort-style amenities and services include a 10,000-square-foot gym and spa in each tower, private dining and social rooms, pool-side café, wine and cigar rooms, kids rooms, tennis court, two pools, marina, private pier, nature trail, private beach, jogging path, 24-hour gated and roving security, and full-time concierge. All public spaces will be designed by Interiors by Steven G. The developers have chosen Suffolk Construction as the general contractor for Privé at Island Estates.
