DALLAS--Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office has been appointed exclusive leasing agents for 2626 Cole, a boutique office tower in Uptown Dallas.
“2626 Cole has been a magnet for local entrepreneurs and creativity-driven companies who appreciate the boutique-sized offices, exhilarating views and all the service companies, dining and entertainment options within walking distance,” Terry Kennon, Accesso Partners LLC's Dallas-based senior advisor, told GlobeSt.com. “But our strategy is to seek larger national credit tenants who want the class A-plus location with a sense of community as well.”
Hallandale Beach, Fla.-based Accesso Partners owns the nine-story, class A, 120,599-square-foot building.
Jay Bailey, senior vice president and Ahnie Gampper, associate, will lead the JLL leasing team.
“We specifically chose JLL because Jay and Ahnie thoroughly understand the Uptown Dallas submarket with its exciting restaurants and cafes, hip bars and shops, vibrant apartment complexes and entertainment venues that virtually surround 2626 Cole,” says Abbey Rowsey, Dallas asset manager for Accesso Partners.
Featuring a brick and black glass facade, the building has uninterrupted views of downtown with cutout designs that create more corner offices, including some with balconies. It has three levels of underground and surface parking.
2622 Cole is across the street from restaurants Dream Café, Momo's Pasta and Crush Craft, and is adjacent to the Katy Trail for walking, jogging and biking, Bailey says.
Accesso Partners owns 12 other office buildings in Dallas.
