DALLAS—An affiliate of Berkshire Group hasacquired Aura Medical District, a 325-unit class-Aapartment community in Dallas, from Trinsic ResidentialGroup.

Completed this year and located in the Medical District, theproperty will be rebranded as Berkshire MedicalDistrict. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
