WASHINGTON, DC—JLL has brought on Paul Spellman to its Mid-Atlantic capital markets platform. Spellman, based in the Washington, D.C. office, will focus on office investment sales and work with Bill Prutting. Spellman joins JLL Cassidy Turley where he completed more than $5 billion in commercial debt, equity and investment sales transactions.
BALTIMORE, MD—NAIR KLNB has brokered a lease with Bottling Group, a division of PepsiCo, for 25,400 square feet of space at 6300 Days Cove Rd., a new 60,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility underway in the White Marsh Business Park. Peter Dudley of NAI KLNB represented the building owner and Alan Peterson of Choyce Peterson, Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction.
The building will deliver in mid-2015 and is being constructed in two phases, with 60,000 square feet of space to deliver in phase one of the plan. Bottling Group plans to use the space as a distribution point for such products as Pepsi, 7 Up and Gatorade.
BETHESDA, MD—Scheer Partners secured a lease for Grossman Law, LLC, at 4922 Fairmont Ave., a 31,500-square-foot building in Bethesda. Scheer Partners VP Mark Rich represented Grossman Law in the 2,294-square foot lease.
