SEATTLE—Colliers International, headquartered here, has brought in Cynthia Foster to lead its national office platform across all service lines. Most recently executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, Foster brings an extensive background in both leasing and investment sales to her new role as president, office services | USA at Colliers.

From Colliers' offices in New York City, Foster will drive office solutions nationally with a focus on the company's strategic client markets. In that capacity, she'll work with Karen Whitt, president of investor services, Scott Nelson, president of occupier services and other market and service line leaders.

Among the highlights of Foster's tenure at C&W, which she joined in 2001 upon the firm's acquisition of Cushman Realty, she represented Citigroup on multiple sales and leases, including the $1.8-billion sale of its world headquarters at 388-390 Greenwich St. in Lower Manhattan, the sale of 250 West St. and 333 West 34th St. and more than 400,000 square feet of leases at 731 Lexington Ave. and 787 Seventh Ave. She also led $2.8 billion of national transactions for TIAA-CREF, Lazard's 450,000-square-foot world headquarters lease at Rockefeller Center, the sale of 850 Third Ave. and Park Avenue Tower for Deutsche Bank and a $1.2-million-square-foot agency lease at Canary Wharf in London.
