WASHINGTON, DC—EDENS has made a number of promotions in its local office. Former vice president of leasing, Jessica Bruner, was named managing director, while Brad Dumont and Jeff Kaufman were both made senior vice presidents of development. Katie Bucklew was appointed vice president of investments after serving as director of investments for two years, and Reynolds Allen was promoted to vice president of development. WASHINGTON, DC—JLL has expanded its Mid-Atlantic platform with the addition of Paul Spellman as a senior vice president. Spellman, who is based in the Washington, D.C. office, will focus on office investment sales and work with senior managing director Bill Prutting. Spellman joins JLL from Cassidy Turley.
