WASHINGTON, DC—EDENS has made a number of promotions in its local office. Former vice president of leasing, Jessica Bruner, was named managing director, while Brad Dumont and Jeff Kaufman were both made senior vice presidents of development. Katie Bucklew was appointed vice president of investments after serving as director of investments for two years, and Reynolds Allen was promoted to vice president of development. Also, Krista Di Iaconi joins EDENS as vice president of development, joining the firm from JBGR Retail.

BETHESDA, MD—Walker & Dunlop now has 103 loan originators on its payroll, a milestone it reached after acquiring Johnson Capital last November and then making several recent hires.

BALTIMORE—NAIOP Maryland has announced its roster of 2015 officers and board of directors.

WASHINGTON, DC—JLL has expanded its Mid-Atlantic platform with the addition of Paul Spellman as a senior vice president. Spellman, who is based in the Washington, D.C. office, will focus on office investment sales and work with senior managing director Bill Prutting. Spellman joins JLL from Cassidy Turley.
