JESSUP, MD—DTZ has helped Prologis secure two tenants for two of its industrial buildings here, bringing them both to full occupancy. The tenants are Sage Sustainable Electronics, which is taking 33,477 square feet at 8200 Stayton Dr. and Textron, which is leasing 19,800 square feet in 8301 Patuxent Range Rd.

DTZ's Tilghman Herring and Jarred Testa represented Prologis in these transactions. JLL's Todd Hughes and CBRE's John Boote represented the tenants Sage and Textron, respectively.

DTZ will be focusing on one of the last remaining large vacancies in Prologis's local portfolio now: a 142,000-square foot distribution center at 8230 Sandy Ct., also in Jessup, MD.

"We expect to see great interest from prospective tenants seeking a functional building at this 'main and main' location," Tilghman says.

DTZ was retained by Prologis in October 2014 to be its exclusive leasing agent for its Baltimore Washington Industrial portfolio here. The portfolio consists of eight office-warehouse buildings totaling 828,000 square feet.
