Richardson, Tex.--Matt Sisco and Matt Smith have been promoted to vice presidents of Richardson-based Hill & Wilkinson, a general contracting firm.

As vice presidents, Sisco and Smith will serve as the primary liaisons with owners and architects. Their responsibilities include general oversight of scheduling, budgeting and team relationships for the firm's projects. Sisco serves in the firm's institutional division while Smith will continue his focus in the healthcare division.

A 15-year veteran at Hill & Wilkinson, Sisco has been involved in supervising the construction of more than 16MM square feet of commercial projects. He is a Texas A&M University alum with a degree in construction science.

Sisco's project experience includes the University of Texas at Dallas Student Housing Living/Learning Center Phase IV and Dining Facility in Dallas; several International Leadership of Texas Charter School campuses in Garland, Arlington and Fort Worth; Jubilee Academic Center in San Antonio; and Lucas Christian Academy in Lucas, among others.

“Matt Sisco has a wealth of experience in the institutional market, including overseeing numerous projects from charter schools to higher education and religious facilities,” says Driscoll.

Smith's project experience includes the Hatcher Station Village Clinic in Dallas; the North Texas Regional Hospital in Carrollton; Baylor Surgical Hospital in Fort Worth; and the Texas Tech University Research & Technology Park in Lubbock.

“Matt Smith has a great track record in healthcare construction.  His knowledge and experience is invaluable to our customers,” says Driscoll.

Smith holds a degree in construction science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Regis University. He is an 18-year veteran of the construction industry.
