WASHINGTON, DC—Tom Rogers has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a senior managing director and Northern Virginia market leader, where his primary focus will be to direct the services provided to occupier clients in Northern Virginia, as well as connect with C&W's Global Occupier Services.

A 30-year industry veteran, Rogers joins from CBRE, where he most recently was managing director of Occupier Services.

Rogers appointment comes as C&W makes other changes in its Global Occupier Services operations. It has tapped Todd Schwartz, the group's Global Chief Operating Officer, Mark Wanic, Head of Americas Occupier Services, and Richard Middleton, Head of EMEA and Asia Pacific Occupier Services, to co-lead the division. Schwartz, Wanic and Middleton have also been appointed to the firm's Global Management Committee.

The appointments follow John Santora being named CEO for North America.
