HACKENSACK, NJ—Regional Cancer Care Associates LLC, one of the largest oncology physician networks in the United States, is leasing 6,000 square feet of space for its headquarters at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' Court Plaza North, 25 Main Street in Hackensack, NJ.

Sanzari negotiated the transaction in-house.

RCCA, which is using sixth-floor office space as its new headquarters, is relocating from within Hackensack, according to Bryan Soltes, vice-president of marketing and business development for RCCA.

“Our company has grown exponentially year-over-year since 2012 and, as a result, we required additional headquarters space. RCAA is a $300 million company with 700 employees at 26 locations throughout New Jersey. We needed not only a larger office space, but a much more professional space. Court Plaza had everything we were looking for in terms of tenant amenities, including the convenience of on-site covered parking for our employees.”

RCCA is  known for transforming oncology care with cutting-edge treatments. Its 26 locations include 92 oncologists, 32 advanced practice nurses, more than 100 RNs, and 700 staff members.

The 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex encompasses Court Plaza North, Court Plaza South and Court Plaza East. The property includes a landscaped plaza with fountains and seating areas, covered parking, a full-service bank, shoe shine/repair and dry cleaning services, eco-friendly car wash service, a fitness center, public transportation to New York City and Northern NJ, a cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating, and a common meeting room. Court Plaza is just one mile from Routes 4, 17, and I-80.

“We are excited that RCCA has chosen Court Plaza North as its new headquarters location,” says Stephen C. Jennings, Sanzari's vice-president of leasing and marketing. “Court Plaza continues to attract and retain major office users because of its prime location and first-class amenities. We are excited to welcome RCCA to our growing tenant roster, and look forward to being part of the company's success for many years to come.”
