EASTON, PA—Colliers' Allentown team of Derek Zerfass and Scott Horner facilitated a 15-year lease to The Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery at 80 Kunkle Drive in Easton, PA. The building is just off the 25th Street exit of Route 22 in Easton, PA. Colliers represented the landlord and Jay Miller from CBRE/FAMECO, represented the tenant.
The site was a former Don Pablo's restaurant which was sold to an investment group for $1.05 million in 2013. The Collier's team facilitated that sale and helped the owner secure an optimal tenant. The Celtic-themed sports pub opened in late December after a six-month renovation. This is the second Tilted Kilt restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. The Tilted Kilt chain has more than 90 locations in the United States and Canada.
