GRAND JUNCTION, CO—Welbrook Senior Living has selected Embree Healthcare Group to develop a new transitional care facility in Grand Junction. The facility will allow patients a better short-term option for rehabilitative and skilled nursing services after being discharged from local hospitals. The project will offer 50 private rooms for patients and create nearly 100 new jobs in Grand Junction.

“We're excited about providing the residents of Grand Junction a state of the art, post-acute, transitional rehabilitation facility to help patients get the rehab they need to get back to the comfort of their homes.” said Douglas Brawn, principal of Welbrook Senior Living.
