ROSSLYN, VA—Monday Properties has renewed three long-term office leases totaling more than 80,000 square feet at its Twin Towers office complex at 1000 and 1100 Wilson Blvd.
The tenants are Aerospace Industries Association, which renewed its 19,102-square-foot lease at 1000 Wilson Blvd.; SRI International, which renewed 59,361 square feet at 1100 Wilson Blvd., and Creative Computing Solutions, which renewed 4,176 square feet at 1100 Wilson.
Aerospace Industries Association was represented by Rick Rome, Demetri Koutrouvelis and Nicole Miller of Savills Studley. SRI International was represented by Rita Robison and Kevin Brant of JLL. CCSI was represented by Kevin McGloon of Cushman & Wakefield.
John Wharton represented building owner Monday Properties in all three transactions.
Monday Properties' Twin Towers consist of more than one-million-square feet of trophy office space. They are LEED-EB Gold certified and were recently awarded Outstanding Building of the Year by AOBA/BOMA.
Separately, an affiliate of Beacon Capital Partners just announced it has secured a $82.8 million loan for International Place, an office building located at 1735 North Lynn St., in Rosslyn. Rosslyn is experiencing an unusual (for this submarket) period of market vacancy, due to the ongoing impact of the Base Realignment and Closure Act and recent new supply that delivered into the market, according to NGKF Capital Markets, which arranged the financing.
