DALLAS--A new class A 276,054-square-foot industrial complex is headed for Flower Mound.
MYCON General Contractors has begun construction on the new Parkview Commerce Center.
"The Flower Mound area is growing rapidly, and its proximity to the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport benefits businesses relocating to the North Texas region,” says Doug Talley, MYCON president. “The new Parkview Commerce Center will provide needed industrial space for office or warehouse use with these three class A+ buildings."
Located on the southeast corner of Spinks and Gerault roads, the complex will consist of:
- Building 1 (1001 Spinks Rd.): 84,760 square feet, 24-foot-high clear, 30 dock high doors, 2 ramped doors
- Building 2 (901 Spinks Rd.): 50,590 square feet, 24-foot-high clear, 16 dock high doors, 1 ramped door
- Building 3 (900 Gerault Rd.): 140,704 square feet, 30-foot-high clear, 31 dock high doors, 2 ramped doors.
The buildings will have an intricate glazing design with curtain-wall features, LED lighting, sunshades and canopies. Buildings 1 and 2 will feature rear-loading docks while Building 3 features front/side loading docks. All will provide for flexible office and/or warehouse uses. Buildings 1 and 2 are designed to accommodate multiple users, ranging from 8,000 to 85,000 square feet while Building 3 is designed for one or two tenants, ranging from 38,000 to 141,000 square feet.
The project team includes owner/developer EastGroup Properties and Architects-Plus and is slated for completion this summer.
