HOUSTON—NAI Partners is branching out.

The Houston-based concern is expanding its efforts in Texas and will open new offices in Austin and San Antonio this year, the firm exclusively tells GlobeSt.com.

“NAI Partners continues to demonstrate great commitment to NAI Global, and we are very proud of their achievements and contributions to the organization,” says Jay Olshonsky, president of NAI Global. “The firm's recent expansion and greater ability to serve clients and NAI members throughout Central Texas present increased opportunities for our member firms. They exemplify how our local market leadership is driving growth, and how Members are using the full power of the NAI Global network to help build their business.”

“We are thrilled to have been awarded this distinguished honor once again by NAI Global,” says Jon Silberman, managing partner of NAI Partners. “We have been a member firm for over 20 years. Being part of a member-driven network has allowed us to grow our business as demonstrated by our entrances into both the Austin and San Antonio commercial real estate markets.”

According to Silberman, the firm has hired Clare Flesher as managing director of the San Antonio office.

“Clare comes to us with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, having most recently served as a director with Travis Commercial Corporate Services,” he says.

The move into Austin for NAI Partners makes strategic sense to Griff Bandy.

“With the strong economics of the Austin market, this is an opportunity for NAI Partners to strike while the iron's hot,” says Bandy, Partner in Charge for Austin and San Antonio. “We are excited to build our firm regionally across three of the four largest major cities in Texas…We clearly see the synergy among these three markets; we hope to open the office beginning of second quarter 2015.”

One of the largest independently owned commercial real estate firms in Texas, NAI Partners was recently named NAI Global Member of the Year for the second consecutive year. The award recognizes NAI Global Member firms for their leadership within the network and commitment to the organization's strategic vision, as well as performance and growth.
