DALLAS--AWH Partners LLC has acquired and will invest more than $20 million in The Westin Dallas Park Central, a 536-room hotel in north Dallas. Spire Hospitality will oversee the reinvention of the property and manage operations under a franchise agreement with Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

"We are working with the best in class designers and Starwood's design team to create something very special and in line with today's cutting edge Westin hotels,” Jon Rosenfeld, partner of AWH Partners, told GlobeSt.com. “The finished product will include a completely redesigned hotel that will create an unbelievable option for Dallas/Westin guests."

With recent investments in markets like Atlanta, Los Angeles and Seattle, AWH Partners concentrates its attention in large cities.

“Growing our presence in major markets like Dallas is very much in line with our overall strategy of occupying strong markets by investing in large hotels with big meeting space that offer an opportunity for value-add through renovation,” says Bernard Michael, principal of AWH Partners. “We are extremely pleased with the outlook for this investment.”

Featuring 42,000 square feet of event space configured in a total of 30 flexible meeting rooms, the hotel offers a fitness center, an outdoor pool and complimentary transportation within a five-mile radius.
