SAN FRANCISCO—Thirty-year industry veteran Sandra Boyle has assumed the newly-created position of chief operating officer of Cushman & Wakefield's San Francisco office.

In this role, Boyle partners with market leader/west region president Joe Cook in setting and implementing the strategy for growth of the San Francisco operation. Her responsibilities will include day-to-day oversight of all service lines and will include business development, client care, recruiting, workforce training and public relations. Cook's role will remain the same as market leader for San Francisco in addition to west region oversight.

“Sandra is one of the most accomplished and respected real estate professionals in Northern California, with over 30 years of experience in brokerage, asset management, property management and full cycle development,” Cook says.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, Boyle spent the majority of her career as executive vice president of Glenborough Realty Trust and Glenborough LLC where she held various positions with major responsibilities in all facets of commercial real estate including executing the expansion of Glenborough Realty Trust into 35 markets in the United States.

Sandra's numerous professional affiliations include CPM, LEED AP and she is currently Chair of the BOMA San Francisco Foundation, Board Member of California Business Properties Association, Board Member of BOMA China Education Committee and past Chair of the National Advisory Council of BOMA International, Past President of both BOMA California and BOMA San Francisco, and the NAIOP National Board.
