DALLAS--Hart Advisors Group LLC has hired a 28-year commercial real estate veteran to be its new chief operations officer.

Todd Moore will lead and administer the Dallas-based firm's operational activities, and work with the CEO and the executive team to implement strategies that will enhance services for Hart's clients.

"With the addition of Todd Moore, Hart is expanding and responding to client demand by growing its CMBS assumption platform, as well as maintaining its restructure business," Tanya Little, CEO of Hart Advisors Group, told GlobeSt.com.

Prior to joining Hart Advisors Group, Moore was the managing director of Presidium Asset Solutions where he managed a $1 billion commercial loan servicing platform of performing and non-performing loans and REO. In the role, Moore oversaw the liquidation and modification of over 75 percent of the portfolio's assets and successfully guided the platform through an orderly disposition to a third-party buyer. He previously served as senior director of portfolio management for Presidium Asset Solutions (and as principal of an affiliate company, GGR Servicing Asset Management) where he was responsible for business development and commercial loan asset management.

Moore's experience in the servicing industry includes stints as executive vice president of global services at Capmark Finance Inc., vice president of asset management at Prudential Asset Resources, president and CEO of BNY Asset Solutions and vice president and manager of portfolio administration at GE Capital Asset Management Corp.

“I am excited to join a firm whose national presence is expanding,” Moore said in a statement. “I'm looking forward to working with the exceptional team of experts at Hart who go above and beyond to help clients reach solutions and add value to their real estate assets.”

Hart Advisors Group, which specializes in CMBS loan restructures and loan assumptions, also has offices in Miami and Orange County, CA.
