DALLAS—Associa, the Dallas-based community association management firm, has promoted Katie Foell to vice president of project management. She was previously the company's director of project management.

“Katie impressed us all with her organizational skills as she took the lead on six Associa branch rebrand projects at once,” says Billy Rudolph, director of corporate communications at Associa, told GlobeSt.com. “She pulled together company-wide department heads and kept us all on the same page as all six branches were up and running in January of 2015, as scheduled.”

Since 2012, Foell has helped to build Associa's project management function and grow its oversight from a small group of IT projects to enterprise-wide initiatives. Prior to joining Associa in 2012, Foell held several roles within PepsiCo's project management office, most recently as a lead over its business process transformation initiatives.

“Katie has built a strong, company-wide reputation for project execution, and she is well known for her high energy, positive outlook, and strong drive for results,” Andrew Brock, senior vice president of project management and operations at Associa, said in a release.
