AUSTIN--A branch of the popular Levittown, NY-based iLoveKickboxing franchise is coming to Austin.
CBRE represented the landlord, Collier Properties LLC, in the lease at 1700 South Lamar Blvd. The franchise is expected to open in the coming months; a firm date has not been set.
“A number of new multifamily developments have opened along South Lamar in the last few years, which has dramatically increased the south Austin population and demand for a variety of retail,” Bryan McMurrey, vice president at CBRE. iLoveKickboxing adds a new health option for the surrounding area."
Nick Boyd, senior associate at CSA Realty, represented iLoveKickboxing franchisee Alejandro Acuna.
“The 1700 South Lamar ownership feels like the iLoveKickboxing concept fits well with our center, which embraces the south Austin vibe of health, wellness and fitness,” says McMurrey.
