MAPLEWOOD, NJ—Ancyma Inc., a sunglasses company, has acquired 40 Camptown Road in Maplewood, NJ, a 66,000-square-foot distribution facility, from R&S Restaurant Supply for slightly more than $4 million.  Bussel Realty Corp. senior vice presidents David Blitt and Robert Sager represented the owner in the transaction.  Irv Weiss of American Properties represented the buyer.

40 Camptown Road is located in Olympic Industrial Park, an established, well-located and successful industrial park,” says Blitt.  “The purchaser intends to substantially improve the building, including office renovations and a state-of-the-art distribution set-up.  The competition for the purchase of the building demonstrates how healthy and vibrant New Jersey's industrial market is at the present time.”

40 Camptown Road is a 66,000 square-foot industrial property with 22-foot ceilings, 6 tailboards and 1 drive-in, 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing, wet sprinklers and 25 parking spaces. It is near Port Newark/Elizabeth, I-78, Route 24, The Garden State Parkway, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
