SAN DIEGO—The San Diego office of Colliers International has completed the sale of a 10,000 square foot land parcel lat 2148 India St., for $2 million.
Victor Krebs SVP at Colliers represented the buyer, HG Fenton Property Company. Norm Root of ACI Commercial represented the seller, Wilson & Stoddell Family Trust.
HG Fenton plans to develop an upscale, multifamily and retail mixed-use project on the corner parcel, which currently serves as a parking lot. The site is near HG Fenton's two other development projects on India Street; the Reader Building and the India St Design Center.
“Little Italy has seen tremendous interest from developers and investors and is one of the top markets in San Diego,” said Krebs whose office currently has four Little Italy development sites in escrow.
