DALLAS—A current tenant has acquired a 56,174-square-foot office building located in the Central Expressway submarket.
Colliers International represented ANA Properties 4600 Greenville Building Ltd., in the sale of 4600 Greenville Avenue. Dallas Production Inc. purchased the property for an undisclosed price.
“We had a lot of interest from investors during the marketing process, given the building's infill location, and ultimately sold it to Dallas Production,” Lizzy Blake, vice president at Colliers International, told GlobeSt.com. “The oil company was the most logical buyer given their familiarity with the building as they have been both a tenant and previous owner.”
The 56,174-square-foot three-story office building was built in 1986, and is more than 90 percent occupied. It features underground parking with protected electric gates. Southern Methodist University and the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum are located a few blocks west of the property.
Blake and Jack Minter of Colliers International Dallas represented the seller. Dallas Production Inc. did not have a real estate representative in this transaction.
