HOUSTON--Asset Campus Housing (ACH) has hired student housing industry veteran Stacey Lecocke as a senior vice president.

Prior to joining ACH, Lecocke held the position of senior vice president of operations at Grand Campus Living and was responsible for the student-living portfolio on a national basis. Her direct focus was on mentoring and providing support to the management team and ensuring communities operated with a competitive advantage while upholding the company's values, policies and procedures.
“I'm excited to join Asset Campus Housing's team and I am looking forward to be able to continue to do what I love,” Lecocke says. “In addition, I'm looking forward to working alongside the talented team at ACH that, up until this point, I have only seen from afar, now I'm part of that team and couldn't be more thrilled.”
In Lecocke's new role of senior vice president of ACH, she will drive property performance, monitor market conditions and develop specific strategies to ensure her client's goals and objectives are achieved. She will also provide management expertise for future projects. Lecocke's experience in various student-housing markets across the U.S.
Lecocke is an active participant in industry events and served as the National Apartment Association Student Housing chair for the 2012 term and continues to be an active committee member for NAA SHC.
