WASHINGTON, DC—There have been two executive changes at DC areacommercial real estate firms: Tim Zulick has beennamed managing director in CBRE's Baltimore officeand Brian Casey has been tapped to head theWalker & Dunlop's Mid-Atlantic Capital Marketsteam.

Zulick, who is assuming leadership of CBRE's Baltimore office,will oversee the firm's regional multifamily and industrial servicelines. He comes to CBRE from First Potomac RealtyTrust, where he was a senior vice president and corporateofficer.

Zulick's bona fides include growing the First Potomac portfoliofrom 1 million to 15.5 million square feet between August 2004 andJune 2013 and leading a 12-member leasing team to generateapproximately $125 million in annual revenue.
