HOUSTON—BALCOR Commercial has announced the addition of South Texas Sinus Institute to its Parc Binz mixed-use complex, located at 1801 Binz St. The medical practice will occupy 5,000 square feet of office space and is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2015.

"Every potential tenant considering Parc Binz is a big decision for us, so moving forward with the lease with South Texas Institute was a big step for Balcor,” Christopher Balat, managing director at BALCOR Commercial, told GlobeSt.com. “We recognize that our tenants' success ultimately leads to our success and we feel that STSI is an excellent fit with our existing tenant roster."

Houston is the third location in Texas for American Sinus Institute (ASI Healthcare Inc.), which also has affiliated practices in both San Antonio and Edinburg. The group of certified physicians provides sinus relief using a balloon sinuplasty procedure.

“Our new office will feature a modern design and patient-friendly layout, and we will offer the balloon sinuplasty procedure for effective relief of chronic sinustis,” says Dr. Vincent Honrubia, chairman of ASI Healthcare Inc. “Settling on the Museum District area was key for our practice because of its central location and close proximity to The Texas Medical Center. In addition, The Parc Binz complex provides our sinus patients a convenient parking garage, as well as access to on-site dining.”

Parc Binz is located in the Museum District, at the corner of Binz and Chenevert streets. Nearby area museums and offering easy access to Highway 288, the two-year-old mid-rise has 50,000 square feet of class A office space and 8,000 square feet of ground level retail.

Liz Blue Braden of Portfolio Real Estate in San Antonio represented ASI Healthcare Inc. Ashley Cassel and Tim Gregory of Transwestern represented BALCOR.

Additional retail and office tenants of Parc Binz include Parc Binz Pharmacy, Whitney Bank, Plaza Ob/Gyn Associates, Weight Loss Clinic, Parc Binz Ambulatory Surgical Center, Bosta Wine & Coffee, Dak & Bop and the soon-to-open Barnaby's Cafe.
