HOUSTON—Trammell Crow Co. has promoted five in Houston. They include: Sean Nolan, Kevin Schmok, Zeena Pinto, George Farish and Jeff Pate.

Nolan will become the senior vice president for development/management. Nolan currently oversees the development of a major project, which consists of 173-acre office/industrial campus. The first phase, totaling approximately 1 million square feet on 71 acres, is under construction and will be occupied in the first quarter of 2016. Nolan is an architect and a LEED AP.
Schmok is also now a senior vice president for development/management.
Schmok leads the office development management team and handles the oversight of Energy Center 3, 4, & 5. With more than 27 years of industry experience, he has the background developing any product type. He is a member of the Houston chapters of NAIOP and ULI.
Pinto is vice president, development/management, focusing on a major campus development, managing design, construction and the specialty requirements of the industrial buildings. During her 14-year career, she has worked on more than $2.5 billion in projects including supervising the design and construction of a $300 million hospital. Pinto is a member of the US Green Building Council.
Farish is vice president, development and investment, brining more than 10 years of industry knowledge to TCC. Currently, he is focusing on a major campus project, primarily responsible for tracking and analyzing project budgets and expenditures via comprehensive financial models. He also provides analyses, management and guidance on other technical issues and projects. Farish is a member of the Houston chapters of NAIOP and ULI.
Pate is vice president, development and investment, responsible for managing various aspects of TCC retail projects and pursuing new retail development opportunities. Pate earned a law degree from SMU and has more than 10 years of finance, real estate and legal experience. Pate is a member of ICSC and the Houston chapters of NAIOP and ULI.
