ATLANTA—Duke Realty is selling about 50 acres of the land left over in its Duluth, GA mixed-use development. Dubbed Legacy, the development is home to Primerica's 358,000-square-foot headquarters.

The Cushman & Wakefield land brokerage team of Ron Willingham, Matt Hawkins, and Pierce Owings will market the land. The land has frontage on Duluth Highway and is just one half mile from Interstate 85.

“Demonstrated by Primerica's choice to locate 1,600 employees here, Legacy is an ideal corporate setting,” Willingham, a senior director in CushWake's Atlanta office. “With the wide array of retail and housing options nearby, this land is one of the prime development opportunities along the I-85 corridor and represents one of the last remaining 'blue chip,' class A office sites remaining in Gwinnett County.”

Located on 110 acres at the corner of Meadowchurch Road and State Route 120 (Duluth Highway), Legacy office park provides walkable access along a tree-lined avenue to a variety of nearby retail amenities, numerous hotels, and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. Nearby amenities include Sugarloaf Mills Mall, the Gwinnett Arena and the Gwinnett Civic and Cultural Center.
