NEWPORT BEACH, CA—The New Home Company has opened sales at Fiano, a limited collection of 39 residences in Newport Coast, one of coastal Orange County's most desirable settings. A model home grand opening is set for this weekend, May 16 and 17.
Set on the scenic hilltops of the Newport Coast, Fiano was inspired by the classic villages of Italy, and the Tuscan-inspired architecture that is the signature of the Pacific Ridge development. The homes feature spacious floor plans, ranging from approximately 4,600 to more than 5,300 square feet of living space with up to five bedrooms and five- and one-half baths. Prices at Fiano begin in the mid-$3 millions.
The team at New Home put a good deal of focus on the design and innovation of the floor plans and specifications at Fiano, the firm said in a statement. Design advancements include a foodie kitchen—a multiple-island design with prep kitchen and wine room that opens up to a home garden and outside entertainment area. The homes of Fiano will feature expansive decks off the master suites, deep loggias, outdoor fireplaces and central courts that allow residents to live as comfortably outdoors as they do within.
“Our design innovations are resonating with buyers that desire more family and social connectivity in their homes,” said New Home senior vice president of sales, marketing and design, Joan Marcus-Colvin. “Thoughtful designs and superior locations are driving today's markets. We're thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase these floor plans at Fiano, and it's an honor to be the final homebuilder at Pacific Ridge.”
